Description
Model 2178-D is designed to fit Demco raised latch Stamped couplers (as seen in the FINE PRINT section). This model was manufactured with a formed carbon steel outer housing to completely encapsulate the coupler head and latch. This lock model will be able to secure most safety chains up to 3/8" in the dedicated chain locking compartment.

Trailer coupler lock model 2178-D may not fit all trailer couplers. Please look at trailer coupler lock index picture, if you do not see your trailer coupler picture, please contact your Dealer Representative for more information. This style will allow you to secure most standard S-hook style safety chains in lock.
