Free Shipping

Free shipping available on most products and will be automatically added if the order is eligible. Excludes freight, some chemicals, one gallon chemicals, dangerous good and large items.

In-Store Pickup

In-store pick-up is available on most items. Pick up is only available at Freedom Wash Supply, 13380 Telge Road, Ste 806, Cypress, TX 77429. You must received a ready for pick up notification before proceeding to the store. In some cases, items may not be available immediately due to assembly or product availability. 

Same-day Local Delivery

Same-day local delivery is available on most items. Delivery is based on distance from the store with tiered pricing. Once your order is confirmed, a delivery driver will be dispatched to the delivery address specified on the order. Any product that is undeliverable may incur a restocking fee or will be required to be picked up at the stores location.

Handling Time

Most orders are shipped out Same-day or Next-day. Orders after 2pm will usually go our next day at the earliest. In some occasions, orders may be delayed due to product availability, assembly, or other circumstances. In rare cases, it may take up to 10 days for an order to ship out. We do our best to send out orders as soon as possible. Once an order is processed, it may be impossible to stop the order from going out.
