Refund policy

At Freedom Wash Supply, we aim to keep things simple. Please read our updated return policy carefully to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return authorization. To qualify, your item must be new, unused, and in its original packaging, with no signs of wear.

How to Start a Return

For all return requests, contact us at returns@freedomwashsupply.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • The products you wish to return
  • A brief description of why you’re returning them
  • Photos, if applicable

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive further instructions.

Return Shipping

Outside of defects, warranty issues, or other approved exceptions, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be sent to:

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us immediately. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept returns on any chemicals, liquids, any perishable items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases or used equipment.

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies for a return, reach out before purchasing.

Warranty Service

Warranty claims and replacements will be handled by the product manufacturer. We will assist in coordinating this process to the best of our ability.

Restocking Fee

For returns not due to warranty or defects, a 15% restocking fee may apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded through your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider. In most cases, refunds do not include and shipping, handling, or hazmat fees. The refund amount will be determined solely by Freedom Wash Supply.

If a refund is not approved, we will contact you to arrange return shipping. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Any items not claimed within 30 days will be discarded.
